any third party of the service. In sum, in no event shall Company’s total liability to the User for all damages
or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to Company, if any, that is related to

Nothing contained in these Terms of Service shall prevont Zygarde from seeking and oblaining interim or permanent
equitable or injunctive reliet,or any other relief avalable to safeguard Zygarde's interest prior to,during or following the
fling of arbitration proceedings or pending the execution of a decision or award in connection with any arbitration
